Keith Alexander from A Question Of Priorities

Keith Alexander as Lieutenant Keith Ford, shown here in a still from "A Question Of Priorities."

Keith Ford is a S.H.A.D.O. lieutenant, assigned in communications, who has limited on-duty experience and has thus committed at least one error capable of leading to a security leak.

Duties[]

  • Ford was previously a TV reporter and is one of SHADO's earliest recruits; joining in 1971, although he was assigned the control room in 1978. In his absence, his duties are assumed by Lieutenant James Charles Anderson.

"Identified"[]

Lieutenant Ford is known to have been serving in S.H.A.D.O. a relatively short time--long enough, however, according to the dressing down he receives from S.H.A.D.O. commander Edward Straker, to know the import of security. Straker admonishes him in the conclusion of that dressing down, "Don't ever tell ME security is difficult...sometimes it hits pretty close to home."

Outside Harlington-Straker[]

The character was brought to life on screen by actor Keith Alexander.
